• Buyers are responsible for ensuring all text, spelling, and design details are correct at the time of approval.
   
• Once a design or sample is approved and production begins, orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.
   
• We are not responsible for errors approved by the buyer, including spelling, formatting, or layout.
   
• Minor variations in engraving depth, color, or placement may occur due to the nature of laser engraving and are not considered defects.
   
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, the buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
